Of course, there are some downsides to having a big roasting pan, the two main things being weight and storage. Since it’s so large, we were even able to make a gravy in it when placed over two burners. We had no issues with space and found that it was perfectly sturdy when moving it in and out of the oven. One thing we love about this roasting pan is how big it is.
